I sadly learned that the Spanish navy scrapped the Swamp
Fox on the 17th of Nov.2000. I enjoyed serving on the

Took a quick trip aboard the swamp fox when she was
still new and shiney! We had to wear sneakers below
deck so we heavy booted marines wouldn't scuff the new
decks... She was so very much more comfortable then
the old Chilton hilton (APA 38) |
